Administrative Requirements:
• Experience working in an office environment
• Experience Answering the telephone, responding to initial queries, taking messages
• Professional at all times with an excellent phone manner
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, multi task and prioritise workload
• Strong attention to detail and desire to get things right
• Organised and able to work on own initiative to make improvements
• Good all round IT skills and excellent use of MS Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel
• An enthusiastic attitude and desire to do what is required to support the business
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Answering the office buzzer, welcoming guests or new staff members
• Management of meeting rooms and guest provisions (tea, coffee, lunch)
• Organising, and sending out mail
• Processing courier collections and delivery notes
• Producing management information for Senior Management and Directors
• Producing professional documents, notices, and rotas to support Health and Safety and ISO 90001
• Organising travel, hotel and events for the company Director(s)
• Organising and maintaining office electronic and manual filing systems
• Training will be provided in Business Micros and Sage computer systems if required
